We are looking for dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
  2. Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs using current inventory information.
  3. Demonstrate vehicle features on the lot to enhance the sales process.
  4. Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
  5. Help management increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily and reporting any issues.
  6. Ensure the lot is properly merchandised to maximize sales.
Qualifications
  1. Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday.
  2. Outgoing and friendly, especially when handling objections.
  3. Proven customer service skills and sales experience.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  5. Persuasive with the ability to overcome customer objections.
  6. Proficient in basic business math, including percentages.
  7. Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
  8. Persistent, competitive, and with a good work ethic.
  9. Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
