Location: Cape Cod, MA

To be considered, candidates must reside in or be willing to commute to Cape Cod, Plymouth, Provincetown. This is a remote position; candidates must be comfortable traveling to store locations, driving 55-95 miles per day in their personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursed at 62 cents per mile. No car allowance is provided.

A Part-Time role as a Territory Sales Associate (TSA) involves selling and merchandising Hershey's products, building displays, increasing distribution, and replenishing secondary displays.

Work Schedule: 20-25 hours weekly, visiting 6-10+ accounts daily, with flexible scheduling within core hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Starting pay is $15.50 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items in the territory.
• Achieve merchandising objectives using displays and retail execution plans.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and account changes.
• Use tablets for daily activity reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Valid US driver's license and personal vehicle in good condition.
• Auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage, permitting business use.
• Reside or be willing to commute within the territory boundaries.
• Ability to drive long distances and lift 10-40 lbs.
• Manual dexterity, use of tablet technology, and internet access.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and availability for 20-25 hours weekly.
• High School Diploma or GED; 3-4 years food merchandising preferred but not required.
