The day-to-day duties of this role include maintaining strong relationships with customers, setting goals for the department, and staying up-to-date on new product features.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority. Know the features, options, and latest technologies of our products
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day
