The role emphasizes relationship-based selling and long-term career growth in a modern dealership environment. Responsibilities include guiding vehicle selection, demonstrating vehicles, building product knowledge, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

We’re seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to guide customers through the vehicle buying process and deliver a professional, welcoming experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, value relationship-based selling, and want the opportunity to build a successful career in a modern dealership environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build lasting relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs

  Compensation & Benefits

  Compensation

  • For those without automotive sales experience, we offer $500 per week training pay for the first six weeks.
  • For those with previous sales experience, we operate with a $300 weekly draw.
  • Extremely competitive and tiered commission pay plan with a deal minimum of $125.00.
  • Commission pay is issued monthly.
