The Automotive Sales Associate plays a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering a professional, welcoming buying experience.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and earning based on performance—with training and support provided.
No prior car sales experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Build lasting relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs
• Demonstrate new and pre‑owned vehicles in a professional, engaging manner
• Develop strong knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, packages, and technology
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Learn to overcome objections and grow confidence in a sales environment
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to track goals, activity, and performance
• Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to work every day

Qualifications

Required

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• For those without automotive sales experience, we offer $500 per week training pay for the first six weeks.
• For those with previous sales experience, we operate with a $300 weekly draw.
• Extremely competitive and tiered commission pay plan with a deal minimum of $125.00.
