Job Title: Automotive Sales Associate at Master Buick GMC

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide customers on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
  • Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs using current inventory information.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features to enhance the sales process.
  • Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
  • Inspect the lot’s vehicles daily, report any issues to management to help increase sales.
  • Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday.
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially when handling objections.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proven sales track record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Persuasive with the ability to overcome customer objections.

  • Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
  • Persistent, competitive, and with a strong work ethic.
  • Focuses on customer needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
