Automotive Sales Associate/Product Specialist

The Automotive Sales Associate/ Product Specialist is responsible for answering questions about the products and services the dealership offers, with the goal of making customers feel welcome and supported through the car-purchasing process.

Responsibilities:

1. Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership.
2. Assist customers in making purchase decisions by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs.
3. Develop relationships with customers and staff to enhance the sales process.
4. Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
5. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the workday.
• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer skills, and basic math skills.
• Interest in training additional sales associates and working in a team environment.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
