Job summary

Larry H. Miller Dodge Ram/FIAT Tucson is seeking a Sales Advisor to engage online and walk-in customers at the Tucson showroom, guiding them through the initial buying process and closing deals.

Focus on responding to internet inquiries, scheduling appointments, conducting test drives, and building lasting customer relationships using our CRM. A bilingual ability is a plus; a valid driver’s license and professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience a plus.
• Must be eighteen years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Bi-lingual is always a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle online using phone and email methods.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network and referrals.
• Answer internet leads with in-store timing and email product information with pricing.
• Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for customers.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers after inquiry or sale.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
