Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Peoria, AZ is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor to help customers online and in-store through the buying process, delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships.

You will respond to internet inquiries by phone and email, schedule test drives, conduct vehicle walk-arounds, and guide customers from start to finish. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus; bilingual speakers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle online using phone and email.
• Take customers visiting the store through the initial buying process to final sale.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network of referrals.
• Answer internet leads with in-store timely responses and pricing information.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walkarounds with customers.
• Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process.
• Maintain professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Bi-lingual is always a plus.
