Hyundai Motor Group is seeking a safety program administrator for an automotive manufacturing environment. The role focuses on implementing, maintaining, and improving safety programs to protect all Team Members.

The position requires collaboration with team leaders, process engineers, and management to identify risks, conduct training, and ensure compliance with BMS/EMS/SMS requirements. Occasional travel and on-call duties may be required.

Qualifications

• 0–10 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in safety program administration is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain safety programs in automotive manufacturing.
• Conduct hazard prevention and control processes.
• Reinforce safe work practices with team leaders and team members.
• Support Safety Teams to identify potential risks.
• Develop communications with department managers for day-to-day activities.
• Work with Process Engineering to resolve safety issues across areas.
• Maintain incident tracking for senior managers and participate in investigations.
