Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in program management or automotive
• 5+ years in leadership roles leading teams
• Experience delivering complex vehicle programs with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of program analysts to drive performance
• Prepare reports for upper- and executive-level management
• Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria with stakeholders
• Manage budgets, resources, and forecasting to meet targets
• Develop and implement program management frameworks and best practices
• Monitor progress, risks, and mitigation strategies for on-time delivery
• Communicate status and milestones to stakeholders regularly
