Job summary

Hyundai Translead is seeking a Safety Manager who will lead occupational safety and regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations. You will develop and sustain safety programs, drive hazard mitigation, and coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and operations to embed safety into daily work.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 7+ years of safety leadership experience, with strong knowledge of OSHA standards and incident investigation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant safety management experience.
• Experience managing OSHA compliance initiatives and regulatory inspections.
• Experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA compliance for applicable standards and regulations.
• Develop, implement, maintain and improve occupational safety programs and policies.
• Lead safety initiatives across manufacturing, construction, and industrial operations.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Administer Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and hazardous energy control programs.
