Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, risk assessments, audits, policy development, and coordination with global teams to advance safety and sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• Ten+ years of experience with five+ years in automotive/manufacturing.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001/45001.
• Global compliance frameworks knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations.
• Lead risk assessments and hazard identification with site leadership.
• Manage EHS audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop regional EHS policies aligned with corporate guidance.
• Translate safety vision into actionable regional EHS plans.
• Coordinate with HMNA sites and global safety teams.
• Support regional business planning and EHS investments.
• Promote proactive safety culture and accountability.
• Drive incident reduction and health/well-being initiatives.
• Oversee deployment of EHS training across the organization.
