Job summary

Shopmonkey is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide customers through their onboarding journey. You will serve as the primary contact during implementation, delivering exceptional service across Shopmonkey’s product suite and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will train customers for a successful start, adapt to a dynamic startup environment, and learn the automotive industry. Hybrid work in Morgan Hill includes 2–3 on-site days for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in implementation or customer success.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact during a customer's implementation process.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and support across all product areas.
• Assist in training customers to ensure a successful onboarding.
• Coordinate deliverables with internal teams.
