GLOBAL Automation Technologies is seeking a hands-on Paint Process Engineer to design, commission, and optimize robotic paint systems for automotive manufacturing. You will lead offline and online process development, startup, and production launch while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in automotive paint, FANUC experience, familiarity with PaintPRO/ROBOGUIDE, and strong troubleshooting skills. Willingness to travel internationally to support projects.

Qualificações

5+ years in automotive or industrial paint process.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Hands-on robotic paint application experience, preferably FANUC.

Responsabilidades

Develop and optimize robotic paint processes offline and online.
Support installation, commissioning, startup, runoff, and production launch.
Perform process verification testing during system build and at customer sites.
Tune robot paths, speeds, orientations, trigger points, and spray parameters.
Provide training to GLOBAL engineers and customer personnel on application equipment and process.
Assist with quoting phase – process studies and cycle time analysis.
