Job summary

Sames North America, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to install, commission and troubleshoot automated painting systems. You will work across multiple industries, focusing on automotive paint applications and robotic path optimization to improve process quality.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and respond to field issues, reporting progress throughout the project. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in robotics paint

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
3 years of experience in robotics paint application or related process engineering roles.
Hands-on experience creating and optimizing robotic path work for paint applications and analyzing results to improve process quality.

Responsibilities

Provide automated systems installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer facilities.
Coordinate installation activities with other technical staff to ensure conformance to customer specifications and design.
Collaborate with installation engineering team to build on corporate vision of excellence in precision spraying solutions.
Support validation and production of installed systems and provide customer site problem resolution.
Prepare and communicate project progress reports during different project phases.
