Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in paint application and project/program management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and MS Project.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Ability to lead project personnel and subcontractors.
• Cost estimating and management skills; negotiation.
• Background in construction or automotive automation systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with international or remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and procurement plans.
• Forecast financial performance and improve profitability.

• Ensure clear communication across teams, suppliers, customers.
• Plan and control internal and external resources to drive satisfaction.
• Support quoting and pre-sales activities as needed.
• Travel to customer and project sites up to 75%.
