Job summary

OPmobility SE is seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer to optimize automated paint systems in our manufacturing operations. You will program, troubleshoot, maintain, and continuously improve robotic painting, flame treatment processes, and related automation equipment for plastic components.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on robotics experience, a strong understanding of paint application processes, and the ability to drive reliability and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience programming and maintaining industrial robots in manufacturing.
Experience developing robot paths/trajectories for paint applications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in automation systems.
Proficient with computer systems and industrial software; English fluency.

Responsibilities

Develop, program, and optimize robotic painting and flame treatment applications.
Create and modify robot trajectories for optimal paint coverage and efficiency.
Maintain and troubleshoot paint line robots and related automation equipment.
Configure and validate painting/flame processes; document changes.
