Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in United States (Colorado) to support the Store Manager across all functions while maintaining active customer-facing sales responsibilities. You will oversee counter sales, inventory, deliveries, and store operations, coaching the team to sustain high standards and continuity.

This role offers a developmental path toward becoming a Store Manager. The position requires leadership, customer care, and a passion for the automotive aftermarket.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive after-market or willingness to learn automotive basics.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health, and labor scheduling.
• Lead and coach team to meet store standards and performance goals.
• Oversee opening and closing routines, cash reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
• Handle scheduling input, compliance documentation, and performance tracking.
• Monitor store metrics and drive continuous improvement in sales and operations.
• Drive safety, asset protection, and adherence to operational processes.
