Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wheat Ridge, CO. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, sales execution, inventory health, and team development while maintaining hands-on customer-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive after-market or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory health, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Oversee opening/closing routines: security, cash reconciliation, end-of-day reporting, facility readiness.
• Monitor store metrics: sales, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and labor efficiency.
• Provide coaching and performance management for store functions.
• Drive safety, asset protection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
