You will oversee counter sales, inventory, deliveries, and housekeeping while coaching teammates to uphold high standards and operational continuity.

The role offers a developmental path toward becoming a Store Manager, with potential overtime and keyholder responsibilities to open/close the store.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/trade courses a plus.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn automotive aspects.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for customer care and long-term relationships.
• Thrives in fast-paced, complex environments.
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Background in automotive/heavy equipment or dealership is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health, labor/scheduling, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes, and customer standards.
• Execute opening and closing routines (security, cash reconciliation, end-of-day reporting).
• Handle or support administrative tasks: scheduling input, compliance, performance tracking, basic P&L awareness.
• Monitor core store metrics and spot trends to drive solutions.
• Provide leadership oversight, training and performance management for store functions.
