NAPA Maple Valley is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to blend automotive expertise with customer service and operations leadership to run a busy store while supporting the Store Manager. You will coach a team, manage counter sales, inventory, scheduling, safety, and daily close, with overtime as needed and a pathway to a Store Manager role.

This role emphasizes developing talent, improving profitability, and delivering the trusted NAPA experience to retail and wholesale customers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn.
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Knowledge of cataloging/inventory management systems.
• ASE certifications a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory, scheduling and team performance.
• Actively sell and build relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Open/close routines, cash reconciliation, end-of-day reporting, facility readiness.
• Provide coaching and performance management for store functions.
• Drive adherence to safety, asset protection, and continuous improvement.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
