Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a part-time Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone. You will promote services, answer questions, and guide customers to the right solutions while coordinating with technicians for timely appointments.

The role emphasizes energetic sales, relationship building, and accuracy in transactions. Prior retail experience and a valid driver's license are required; benefits include flexible

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
