Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, driving sales for automotive services. You will engage customers, promote products, and coordinate service appointments between technicians and clients to ensure a smooth visit.

The role emphasizes energetic, customer-focused selling with a strong emphasis on satisfaction and loyalty, in a busy automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers to ensure loyalty.
• Proven problem solving skills in a retail setting.
