Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a dynamic Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in our automotive retail environment. You will engage customers, present services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments while driving sales and store goals.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 2 years in consumer retail sales, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities
