Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in our automotive retail locations. You will drive the sale through knowledgeable product recommendations and efficient service, both in person and by phone.

You will build relationships with customers, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
