Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone, driving sales and coordinating service appointments with technicians.

The role emphasizes relationship building, product promotion, and efficient transaction handling in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Pay range is $20.00–$31.25 per hour, with fair compensation practices for all teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
