Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced auto care environment. You will engage customers in-store and by phone, promoting services, scheduling appointments, and guiding them through the sales process with a friendly and energetic approach.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of retail sales experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of consumer retail sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate with customers to resolve sales questions and complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sell automotive services and merchandise while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services in-store.
• Provide energetic, responsive service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments and ensure clear time commitments.
• Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
