Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson in a fast-paced store environment. You will deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, drive sales, and coordinate with technicians to schedule services.

Your role emphasizes building relationships and ensuring a seamless visit for every customer. The position requires a high school diploma, retail sales experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
