Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson in a dynamic, sales-driven role. You will provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, aiming to meet and exceed customer needs while promoting our products and services.

You will contribute to a fast-paced automotive retail environment, handle transactions with precision, and help schedule service appointments with technicians. Competitive pay ranges are offered with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Able to communicate with customers to address sales and complaints and ensure loyalty.
• Strong problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
