Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, aiming to meet and exceed customer needs. You will promote services, close sales, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments.

The role emphasizes energetic, relationship-building interactions, with a focus on driving appointment conversions and loyalty in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
