Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Woodbury is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in store and over the phone. You will drive sales, promote our automotive services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth service appointments.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years of retail sales experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
