Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Sacramento is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson focused on delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone. You will promote services, build relationships, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of consumer retail sales experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
