Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone. You will promote our automotive services, build relationships, and guide customers to convenient appointment times while meeting sales goals.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 2 years of retail sales experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
