Job summary

Group1 Toyota of Danvers, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, and perform cashiering and clerical tasks to keep the dealership running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive / dealership experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming department telephone calls according to company policies and good telephone etiquette.
• Direct telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary.
• Take written messages for occupied personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding pending messages.
• Assist Customers in scheduling appointment s for repairs.
• Organize paperwork for incoming appointments.
• Perform cashiering duties for payment of repairs
• Handle and account for the cash in and out in the assigned cash draw
• Provide support with e mailing, typing, mail, filing, etc.
