Job summary

Group 1 Toyota of Danvers, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking a qualified SERVICE GREETER to welcome service customers, coordinate with sales, and ensure a positive first impression in a fast-paced shop. The ideal candidate has high energy, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to work in a process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail, service or hospitality experience preferred.
• High energy and motivation.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.

• Liaison between the service and sales department.
