Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a receptionist to join our Boston-area dealership team. The role involves answering calls, greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and providing basic information to guests with a professional and welcoming demeanor.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and be proficient with MS Outlook.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills; professional image and demeanor required.
• Ability to greet walk-in customers and direct them to appropriate department.
• Strong phone skills and basic information handling are essential.

Responsabilités

• Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit
• Answer incoming phone calls; direct callers to appropriate department or individual
• Answer basic inquiries, take detailed messages and provide information to all callers
• Communicate with callers and customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Transmit messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
• Assist with clerical duties as requested and support management as needed
• Maintain a professional image and demeanor; multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Internet and MS Outlook is a must; multilingual abilities are a plus
