Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone system and route calls to the appropriate department.
• Greet visitors and assist with their needs or escort to the right department.
• Oversee visitor sign-in and security process.
• Maintain conference room reservation schedule.
• Assist various departments with special projects as needed.
