Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience in a professional setting.
• High school diploma required; ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone system and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Greet visitors in person and provide information and assistance.
• Oversee visitor sign-in and security processes; manage conference room schedules.
• Support various departments with special projects as needed.
