Mercedes-Benz of Austin is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the face and voice of the dealership. You will answer calls, greet guests, direct inquiries, and support front desk operations while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires English fluency, 45+ WPM typing, basic CRM/software experience, and a positive, multitasking mindset. A Spanish language bonus is welcome; prior dealership experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to type 45+ WPM with good accuracy.
• Experience with CRM software, sales, or phone systems is a bonus.
• Prior dealership or automotive retail/service exposure is helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email clients.

Responsabilités

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet visitors.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance and information.
• Assist with front desk tasks and support coffee bar service.
• Coordinate with departments to direct inquiries and requests.
• Keep lobby and book room organized and presentable.
