Ramsey Subaru of Des Moines, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks a friendly receptionist to support dealership operations and customer demand.

You will answer calls, greet visitors, direct them to the right department, take messages and keep the lobby tidy, with open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role offers exposure to a busy auto retail environment and opportunities for growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, reception, retail, hospitality or related experience.
• Strong phone and in-person customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and provide helpful customer service.
• Greet customers and visitors warmly.
• Direct customers to the appropriate team member and department.
• Transfer calls accurately and take messages.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and welcoming.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.
