You will answer calls, greet visitors, direct them to the right department, take messages and keep the lobby tidy, with open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, reception, retail, hospitality or related experience.
• Strong phone and in-person customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and provide helpful customer service.
• Greet customers and visitors warmly.
• Direct customers to the appropriate team member and department.
• Transfer calls accurately and take messages.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and welcoming.
• Support the team with other duties as needed.
