Wilde Subaru in Waukesha, WI is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to greet customers, discuss vehicle needs, and create repair orders in ADP. You will coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed about status and estimates throughout the service process.

Requirements include 1+ year of automotive dealership experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits are provided by Lithia.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers, answer calls, and identify vehicle concerns.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and review service needs with customers.
• Explain repairs, pricing, and estimates before work begins.
• Create repair orders in ADP and obtain customer authorization.
• Dispatch orders to technicians and communicate throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers updated on status and changes to estimates.
• Process service payments and review repairs at delivery.
• Welcome new vehicle owners through the Sales-to-Service process.
