L0384 Ramsey Subaru of Des Moines is hiring immediately for an entry-level automotive service technician. You will perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance under supervision, with a schedule Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Sat 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Reports to the Service Manager.

No prior experience is required; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are needed to join a busy Subaru service team at Iowa's leading dealer.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge is preferred.
• No previous experience required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services.
• Complete multi-point inspections and identify basic maintenance needs.
• Check and top off fluids, inspect tires, and replace filters as needed.
• Document completed services and inspection results accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean service bay.
• Complete assigned training and manufacturer certifications.
• Support the service team in delivering quality vehicle care.

What You'll Do
