Job summary

The Ford Store San Leandro is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. You will answer inbound calls, emails, and texts to assist customers and promote our inventory.

You will also schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate CRM records. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• BDC experience is a bonus, not required.
