Fahrney Automotive Group in Selma, CA is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone with call center, sales, or customer service experience; no automotive experience required as we provide full training.

You will respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and help customers with vehicle information and financing options, while staying organized in the CRM. Competitive pay with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or a call center is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable using computers, texting platforms, and CRM tools.
• Friendly, motivated, and eager to learn.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
