About Us:

Great KIA of Columbus is a dynamic and customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Automotive Receptionist to join our team. If you're passionate about customer service and have an interest in the automotive industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Coordinate with sales, service and management regarding customer needs.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
  • Help with other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or automotive fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology is preferred.
