Have you handled rental or repair requests, processed service orders, or communicated with tenants or clients about property services? Mercor is hiring experienced professionals like you to work on exciting AI research projects.

We’re looking for individuals with clear communication skills, an eye for detail, and experience working with written information—whether it's preparing rental agreements, reviewing service descriptions, or updating maintenance notices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Simulate real-life editing tasks, like reviewing service requests, clarifying rental options, or refining documents used in real estate and leasing.
  • Create prompts and examples that reflect the kind of communication you handle daily—such as revising notices, checking written instructions, or editing public-facing material.
  • Help AI researchers improve the accuracy and clarity of AI-generated content based on your knowledge of how real estate and rental documents work.
  • Review and provide feedback on language, clarity, structure, and tone in content used in leasing, customer support, or rental services.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years in roles involving customer-facing documentation, written communications, or editing tasks—such as preparing contracts, receipts, or service orders.
  • Strong ability to notice inconsistencies or unclear language in rental/service materials.
  • Experience working with written materials like leases, cost breakdowns, or maintenance instructions.
  • Comfort collaborating on tasks independently and reviewing content for clarity and professionalism.
