Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Recall Repair Specialist to manage a territory and ensure Takata airbag recall repairs and related OEM initiatives are completed. You will conduct field visits, document results in Salesforce, and educate vehicle owners on repair importance.

You will work with dealerships and field teams, handle scheduling, and must be able to operate independently with a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and evenings. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Automotive technician background preferred; or proven technical acumen for mobile repair certification.
• Reliable transportation to perform essential functions within assigned geographic area.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field canvassing and face-to-face visits to facilitate repairs or close cases with required documentation.
• Utilize Salesforce.com dashboard to review repair case assignments and closures.
• Be the subject matter expert on Takata Airbag recalls and related repair information.
• Record all information in Salesforce.com and other databases.
• Educate VIN owners on the importance of repairs and address hesitancy.
• Build relationships with dealerships and field team members.
• Schedule appointments and follow up to verify contact details.
