Job summary

Apple Autos is looking for an Automotive Quick Lube Advisor to manage customer interactions and vehicle services. The role involves greeting clients, determining service needs, and promoting sales while maintaining a professional attitude.

Responsibilities include writing clear repair instructions, providing cost estimates, and handling payment methods efficiently. Candidates with light duty repair experience are preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous light duty repair and maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass preemployment drug test and background check.
• Professional attitude and appearance.

Automotive Quick Lube Advisor

Compensation: $42,000.00-$80,000.00

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, obtain customer and vehicle data.
• Determine nature of desired service and/or complaint. Consult vehicle file. Promote the sales of labor, parts, and accessories without losing sight of the fact that you are a quick lane advisor to the customer.
• Write clear and precise repair instructions on the repair order for the technician.
• Provide estimate for labor and parts. If cost of service cannot be established during reception, leave open and contact customer for approval.
• Establish method of payment when writing up the repair order with the customer, also time promised. Obtain customer’s signature on RO.
• Utilizes Quick Lane processes and policies to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient and effective service operations.
• Responsible for other duties assigned and/or required by business needs.

Qualifications
